1:1 Mentor Support
As you go through the program, you'll work toward two industry certifications: ICP Agile Fundamentals and PSPO or PSM, depending on the role you're going for.
We have live interview prep with mentors who are in the industry that will help you practice answering questions and give you feedback.
We've all heard the saying, "It's not what you know, but who you know." We disagree. We believe it's "Who you know, who knows you, and what you know." Because we've helped hundreds of people break into tech, our network is vast. We have alumni that broke into tech in both "big" tech and start-ups alike. With a vast array of experiences, many of our alumni are excited to give back because they were once in your shoes!
Starting any new role can stir up a variety of emotions. You'll be excited. You may experience imposter syndrome. You might have lots of questions. Our commitment to you doesn't end once you land a role. We have a community of alumni that you can go to for support and guidance as you start your new career. And, once you've got some experience under your belt, you'll have the opportunity to help those who join after you!

“Throughout my job, whenever I need help, I just reach out to them and say ‘I’m having this issue and I don’t know how to solve. I don’t quite remember where this was in the training. Can we go over this again? And they are always willing to meet with me and set up a session with me to go over that and brainstorm ideas.” - Alexa
